Work, Attitudes and Beliefs, and Social Changes

People work nowadays to get money and support themselves. Working and finding job is a must in order to survive. Lots of problem and new thing occur in the working field. Different type of work will have different problem or issue. If we look back, years ago feminism happened in most place in the whole world. feminism is technically the pursual of equal rights between the genders. At one point, femininism had the uppermost importance in Western society, when women were still denied the right to vote, to hold positions of importance or present any opinion. But in modern Britain women are, in general, accepted; after the presence of a woman as Prime Minister, and with women being found as commonly in most professions as men.

Working is not easy. Some people might find themselves overworked because of tans of work are given at a time. Actually, it depends in which sector and what field are they in. Some people might found that their job and what they did is interesting. So, they will never feel bored or exhausted even they were given lots of tasks. There are also people who love to give their job to other people. It seems that nowadays people would rather push these people who need help onto others, who are in most cases overworked and dis -illusioned by the buercrocaey of local government who instead of nipping the problem in the bud and helping these people get back on their feet try to find ways in which they can vindicate themeselves of any possible responsibility.

Most people do not satisfy with their salaries as some time they have to do extra work and stay at the office until midnight. These case always happen to those work in private sector. For those who work in government sector, they sholu be thankful to the government as they only have to work during office hour. They don't have to stay at their office for a long time. They must know that their salary are being paid by using the citizen's money. So, appreciate what already be given. It's good enough that you get your salary every month rather than didn't get anything...
